April Cobb
April Cobb is the founder and owner of Allegiance Cosmetology Association, LLC. She has been licensed as a cosmetologist for well over 25 years. To feed her entrepreneurial spirit, April opened Flawless Transformations, LLC which is located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina.
After being in the industry for over 25 years, April found her passion. A passion to help, educate, and mentor others in the industry to not only advance, but to become the absolute best they can be.
April is an innovator in the truest sense of the word. She saw flaws in this industry and she stopped accepting how things were, then took matters into her own hands.
She searched for ways to challenge herself and others in the industry. She became an educator to teach the importance of hair and business. In an industry that is always changing and evolving, April does not forget what is important. Education, advancement, and everlasting success will always be essential to anyone in the industry.
